In addition to his residential leadership, Adam is a seasoned entrepreneur. He co-manages a commercial real estate investment company Hops Developments focused on high-growth tertiary markets and is the former co-founder of a boutique Toronto-based brokerage, where he oversaw more than $1 billion in sales.
